IO, you've got about two platoons of howling Guardsmen closing in on your entrapped Path-ers... write it as you will.

I was trying to give you an opportunity for personal heroism. Your a tough guy, can't you do it twice in ten minutes? :)

I think I am in trouble. Gix is only moderately badass hand to hand.

Much obliged, but I get ickity about taking advantage of too many heroic opportunities for my characters while I'm still technically co-GMing.

As for twice in ten minutes... old son, ten minutes is just getting warmed up for the real action. :D

Eh, I'm a very formulaic person. I have one character who's totally concentrated on non-psychic H2H, so the other char is obviously concentrated on long-distance Psyching. :P

Thanks for the words of support. Now, to pit my flying Daemon-thingy against an Eldar craft.

Y'know, our group reminds me of an advanced form of 1st-stage Paranoia players as described in the old Paranoia GM's guide...

"At this stage, players are easy to run games for. If you just lock them in a room together, in no time at all they'll be accusing each other of treason and shooting the place up."

Well, in this case it's more like "Give us an enemy and we'll crank dramatic scenes out all day/night long."

Heh. How true.

BTW, what are the capabilities of this Eldar vessel? I can't find anything on it.

Once again BTW, how does "The Psyking" sound for my new character?

The Vyper is a large souped up hoverbike/small hover car with guns.

The Psyking sounds arrogant, pompous, and self congradulatory in "Aren't I clever" kind of way. Perfect for a Chaos Sorcerer with a big ego who's viewed as expendable by the master who is pulling his strings.

What kind of hellish Daemon are you unleashing on my poor Guardsman?

I'm not too experienced on Daemons. Something Tzeenchian, that's constantly changing form and whatnot. Not too powerful, but I just figured I should counteract you char shields. :P

Classy death, YB, and you actually got one iota of respect out of Prius in the process.

So, was the demon at the manufactorum, or elsewhere? i.e. would I have seen it go down?
"The bird let out a slow chicken cackle. It sounded like a chicken, but in her heart she knew it wasn't. In that instant, she completely understood the concept of a chicken that was not a chicken. This looked like a chicken, like most of the Mud People's chickens. But this was no chicken.

The Daemon wasn't at the Manufactorum. You didn't see it.

BTW that was a Venom jet bike

a hybrid of a vyper bike, and a Dark Eldar Raider transport

basically it seats 6 + pilot, and is only armed with Shuriken catapults.

basically the surface has lots of blades on it.

so this was the destroyed vehicle.

Actually I was feeling that I was caussing a bit too much friction, so If and when I come back, it will be as a "Novice"

actually Typh knows the character I am talking about...

No need to apologize Typhonis... we're coordinating a game with people from all over the dang world here, and so it's inevitable that people are going to miss scenes.

Your'e doing better than fine Pcm. Damn good.

Sidenote: I am now 0 for 3 in any confrontation with guys tougher than nameless cannon fodder. My poor boys and girls are now caught in a trap with daemons and killing machine. This does not bode well.

Hey, no sweat IO. Prius' one and only confrontation with anything other than cannon fodder landed him in the hospital. Hell, he almost got killed by his own people. We're all just having a bad day. I recommend hiding under rocks and fallen machinery, closing our eyes and chanting "This is not happening. This is not happening."
