1) There are probably other instances by which this error may occur, but the two instances I recall is when right-clicking the Recycle Bin or the Start Menu. It comes up two or more times before finally desisting as a small pop-up box with the following (format added):
Header: Error
Body: Can't load VGDShIRc.dll.
2) Sometimes when I try to load a file in My Documents, or click on a folder to view images and videos, I get the following error: "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close."
Any suggestions? I don't want to have to reformat as small errors like this that won't go away accumulate.
