FF and Flash trouble.

I've noticed that when I try to view flash sites, like World War Z or the new version of Adult Swim Fix, on Firefox 2.0 it keeps telling me to install the latest flash player which I have. For the WWZ site I can view it fine with the IE tab option, but I'm SOL with the Adult Swim Fix site as neither FF, IE Tab, or IE itself can open it. I can view it fine with my laptops FF 2.0. Anyone have any ideas on what's happening or am I missing some add-on or a config with my towers copy of FF?
