Wii update problem

Wii update problem
I´m trying to access the news channel on my wii and it says that it needs to update. I then klick yes and the update starts. But it never gets further than about two percent. Has anyone else had this problem?

The problem is that it wants to do an update but can´t. The blue bar starts and gets to about 2 percent then it stops. I can not access the wii shop either. I did a connection test and the wii tells me that it tests positive and that a connection is found. The test takes strangely long though. About 3 Minutes.
