Peoplescout.com - legit recruiter? Or scammer?

I apologize if this is the wrong place for it, but I'm being contacted by an IT recruiter and I want to make sure that they are legit. I've done the customary google searches and it's not really helpin. The place looks legit, but I'm honestly a bit leary.
So if anyone has any experience with'em bein on the up & up or not please let me know!
