Any notable good small business web hosts?

1&1 hosting is supposedly somewhat decent and inexpensive, if cost is a factor. (They wind up buying out huge amounts of advertising in just about every issue of Computer Shopper).

In my personal experience, I've found hosting to be largely a commodity, so long as you don't go with a host with horrible reviews.
