Being the tech-savvy fella that I am(Don't let that A+ Cert fool you...) I am unsure as to whether Wireless-N is really that much better than wireless-G. I turn to you, the smartest folks on the internet wiht the question:
"Is it worth it? What makes it so much better?"

It's faster. That's pretty much the only difference. If all you're doing with it is surfing the internet, it's almost certainly not going to be any faster than a 11G connection

The range is also longer and you will suffer less interference in n-only mode because it operates at the much higher 5.8Ghz spectrum.
However, unless you intend to lockout 802.11b/g devices, it probably isn't worth it.

Is it even finalized yet?

Is it even finalized yet?
AFAIK, no, and IMO using a draft N device is absolutely retarded.

No, what's retarded is that IEEE has taken so damn long to finalize the new wireless spec.
Besides, 802.11n draft devices should be firmware upgradable to the spec according to the manufacturers.
