I hate to say this, but the easiest way to make money in WoW is to exploit nerds. I applaud any nerd exploitation.

Even if this isn't bogus, which I suspect it may be, um, pass.

I don't know about you, but given her response, I call "Burn" to most here. She got what she wanted and got laid in just under an hour...

Haha, the Hidden Guild! Oh yes, it's very real and it's very easy money. She's gone about it all wrong though. You don't need to advertise. Play a female character and they'll come to you. If you're any good at it, you'll make a killing without even charging and word will spread all on its own. I don't care how cynical you are. You will not believe the depths of loneliness and desperation these players are at until you have one pay you a million gil just to strip down and stand there for five minutes. Nothing else, just stand there.

Depends if you actually farm it or just buy off the gold sellers, either way an expensive screw. A prossie would have been cheaper.

I'm no expert here on prossies, but tbh she was a lil rough looking and a hooker here in Belfast runs out at £50 for a half deacent woman who'll lett you do most things. Anal is extra as she'll not be able to stand for the rest of the night.

I suppose it's a sign of our times. Instead of buying the girl dinner and a pair of earrings, you buy her an epic mount in WoW. A hundred years from now it'll be commonplace.

So wait ... there are patches that allow you to do more? Have I been missing something?

Well, you usually have to actually cyber with them. I can't speak to WoW, but in FFXI there are custom DATs floating around that change the regular emotes into perverted ones. I can only assume he had the custom skins installed, and taking all my gear off made my character look naked to him. Either that, or he was literally getting off on the thought of a real "girl" being on the other end of the line. Maybe both. Sad for him, but it beats the shit out of farming or crafting.
