Firewall sugestions

Since I now have an extremely fast internet connection, what are some good firewall programs to protect a PC? I have ea budget up to around 100USD for this.

Windows Firewall? I hear it's a really quality effort by some company out of Redmond, VA.

My Dlink DIR-100 is a 100Mbit router and is cheap as hell.
And I am pleased with its throughput:

this router + free ZoneAlarm, works for me.
