Anyone know what's going on with GH2 downloads?

So, GH2 has downloadable songs, right? But they're hell expensive and in shit packs. So people complain. So now it's more than a month after the first 9 songs were released, and nothing. What's going on? I'd assumed they'd have released most of the GH1 songs by now. Are they teaching those internet petition people a lesson? Are they trying to work out if they can make them cheaper? Did they give up?
