Does anyone recognise this program?

I'm trying to find a little piece of educational software from around 2001 or so (maybe older but that's when I saw it). It's a program that allows you to program a "car" (really just as arrow) to move around a 2D grid, collecting "cones" and avoiding obstacles. The car was programmed with a few buttons giving general commands (movement, and/or/if, simple loops).
I *think* it was called "Basic <somethingorother>" but that could be my mind playing tricks on me.
