PHP BBS question

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a Word Parser that will let me feed in a word document, then have it spit out text that can be posted into a PHPBBS post window?

I mean so it can look for stuff like bolded text and put bold tags around them, get the text to raw text while keeping correct spaces and so on...

Cause I've got a huge post to make and I'm depressed thinking how long its going to take to go through it and put appropriate tags in. Other BBS software like VB lets you just paste from word and it is able to detect if its a hunk of stuff from word with formatting metadata and include it on the fly, but Mikes software (sensibly) only accepts raw text inputs.
