Alright, I had assumed this whole thing would be simple. Turn on printer and file sharing from the system preferences, make sure the firewall is off, make sure I can ping the mac. All of that is done, but I cannot seem to find the mac, or the printer hooked up to it (which is set to shared too).

Someone please school me in how to make this work quickly? I've only got a couple hours before my train leaves.

Also you might want to turn on Windows sharing on the Mac, just in case.
