I know the guy who runs http://fileden.com/ and it looks pretty good. Never used it myself because I have my own server, but Fileden looks great.

How big are these files you're talking about? Sites like Megaupload or Rapidshare are fine for general purpose stuff.

A few megs, no GB files.
