Does anybody know of any free video-DVD creating software? I need to be able to convert .avi files(XVID codec if it's relevent), add subtitles and create a resulting video DVD, either as an ISO, or just the appropiate folders.
I've tried one free option, DVD-Flick, except it only encodes the videp up to a specific point in time and then stops(though audio and subtitle encoding works fine). Anyone know of anything?
Does Nero offer anything similar?

Windows DVD maker comes packaged with Windows Vista and does a fairly nice job. Nero offers some DVD authoring software, though I'm not entirely sure which version comes bundled with it.
