DVD Authoring software

I want to author some simple dvds consisting of trailers for upcoming films ripped from dvds & stills or simple animations of my own design to show at a french hip-hop & film night I promote. Anyone know of any (W2K compatible) freeware dvd authoring software that I could do this on?

Try DVD-Flick, worked great for me, not sure how great the menu feature is, but it worked fine for me just turning an AVI into a DVD and adding subs.
