With the expansion out and people having fun, I figured it was time for a new thread so people could link up online.

Online, I'm Hotfoot, and I pop on from time to time. Let's see if we can get some fun games going. The interplay between the two new armies and doctrines with the original set should be really interesting.

Yes, the original game can play with the expansion, you just don't get access to the other armies. Both can be played without the other.

I'm some variation of my username (can't remember what exactly at the moment) and I tend to hop on and off throughout the day (and sometimes the night).

Bumpski

Just got CoH (was included with the videocard) and planning to buy opposing fronts this weekend.

I have a question, I'd love to play it against a friend, but he's not convinced enough to buy it. Would it be possible that he borrows my opposing fronts copy, while I use the CoH copy or will that give some kind of conflict regarding registration?

In case someone is still playing, my name is Wautd.

Still a noob since I only played 3 games so far and won *cough*

I wouldn't chance it, personally. Why not just let him play on your system while you coach him?

I don't think it will be an issue if you do it carefully, but I'd still go with Hotfoot: sounds risky. Also, OF is probably not very good to learn the game on, since its factions are pretty unconventional and don't have the basic elements taught in vanilla CoH.

How or where can you add names to your friend list?

I think they need to be online: right click on the name you want to add, there should be an option.
