What do these do?

On my new PC tower, I have the usual connectors. Along with the 2 pin connectors for the reset switch, LED, ect., there are two one pin connectors with a positive and negative sign. What do they do?

Are you referring to the header pins on the motherboard, right? It really depends on the motherboard. I think its usually the PC Speaker or the HDD light. Look up the manual for the motherboard and it should describe it.
