[Tech Support]DVD not playing

I'm having problems with the special edition of Transformers, specifically the bonus features on the second disc.
When ever I try to play certain ones it just stops and wont play them, when using either PowerDVD or WMP.
The WMP trouble shooter says that I'm lacking a DVD decoder, but I can play other discs, even other features on the same DVD.
Anyone any ideas on what's wrong?
