Listening to BBC Radio podcasts outside UK

Apparently, I am not in the UK, and thus cannot listen to Pete Tong's show. :(

This is the page

The one I want to listen to is Radio 1 Dance Weekly. Is there anyway I can get this podcast without moving? How would I implement this solution?

And what about streaming radio? I noticed my iPod has a menu option for Radio, but it doesn't do anything (I'm assuming because I don't have a radio antenna on my iPod). How can I use this feature?

*shrugs* I know you can listen live abroad, but I dunno about podcasts, they are probably considered to be for license payers only - thus only available in the UK.
