I'm probably jumping the gun, but does anyone have any thoughts on this game, particularly the co-op?
Get your fill of sci-fi, science, and mockery of stupid ideas

Bad news, they're back. You can toss grenades into a space like crazy, turn around the corner and BAM. Their will suddenly be 5 guys out of thin air. This happens less frequently than in the previous game but it's still retarded to visually scan an area for zero enemies, then run in and find 8 them suddenly standing where you were looking. At least it's not like Call of Dooty where they will KEEP SPAWNING OVER AND OVER AGAIN. But it's still dumb.weemadando wrote:I hope that Vegas 2 at least eliminates the RETARDED spawning enemies that made any weapon with range of more than about 20m pointless.
Is this a positive thing? Was Vegas 1 worth playing? Neither myself or my friend have not played the original Vegas, so we will not be annoyed by it feeling like the original.CaptHawkeye wrote:Thus far? It doesn't seem to do much to seperate itself from Vegas 1.
Stop it Bean, you're going to make me re-install Raven Shield.Mr Bean wrote:You know, I remember when Rainbow Six was a game about taking down terriorists and defusing bombs, and the like, a game where you spent twenty minutes prior to the mission planning things out and ensuring that all three teams would meet in room XYZ and then flash the entrances, where if you tried to run and gun you would get everyone killed, where the terrirosts would kill the hostages unless you were shit-hot on your timing and blew their brains out before they knew what hit them.
Well, Ubisoft said it's losing interest in making Halo/Doom clones. So maybe their is hope for the future?I know lets be like Halo! fuckitfuckitall.
And your team of highly trained counterterrorism agents could be foiled by a door that opened the wrong way?Mr Bean wrote:You know, I remember when Rainbow Six was a game about taking down terriorists and defusing bombs, and the like, a game where you spent twenty minutes prior to the mission planning things out and ensuring that all three teams would meet in room XYZ and then flash the entrances, where if you tried to run and gun you would get everyone killed, where the terrirosts would kill the hostages unless you were shit-hot on your timing and blew their brains out before they knew what hit them.
When you could designate each persons equipment loadout and switch between them at will.
Pretty much, yeah. Rainbow 6 Vegas is a good game, especially multiplayer.Ford Prefect wrote:Is this a positive thing? Was Vegas 1 worth playing?
