Go to ladder and search their name. Then click the name and add to friends.

OF is standalone even if you have the original, as it includes all the content. You can nuke your CoH installation (in fact, installing OF prompts you to do so); all the original is needed for is its CD key to activate the Normandy campaign and American and Wehrmacht sides.

Wtf, I can't log onto relic online anymore. Keeps asking for the opposing fronts dvd. Is the server down?
