Help With Replacing System Memory

I have a 6+ year old ASUS A7M266 DDR SDRAM 266MHz AGP Pro/4X Socket A Motherboard. The manual says:
"This motherboard uses only DDR DIMM. Two sockets are available for 2.5Volt (power level) unbuffered/registered DDR SDRAM of 64, 128, 256, 512MB, 1GB to form a memory size between 64MB to 2GB."
Now, the single stick of 512MB DDR I have seems to have given up the ghost, so I was wondering if I could use any similar type of memory without trouble with this motherboard?
The specific model number of this memory is Crucial "CT6464Z265.16T" but it doesn't seem to be available to purchase anywhere that I can find online.
So I want to replace it with another 512MB stick or even a 1- or 2-Gig one. I'd just like to know what my options are and what suggestions any of you here may have.
Everything else with the system works, it's just been sitting idle in storage because I didn't have the room to set it up, but we've made more room here and I'd like to set it up now. I know for sure that the memory is the problem, so it needs replacing.
