It's under the media gallery section.
All I have to say is holy motherfucking shit, that was awesome.

Actually, if you watch the ingame trailers, its just another overhyped stormtrooper-ass-woping-with-lightsaber fest.
The game itself won't be terribly impressive. It might be fun, but it won't be all that marvellous that the developers make it sound and look like.

It would be better with just normal weaponry. With the lightsabres, DMM won't be used to their full limits, because unless you rely mostly on the force, almost all your environmental damage will be just burning through it. I'm not sure if Euphoria will look good from lightsabre hits, but since they sabre doesn't cause that much physical force to push people from hits, unlike stabbing with a normal sword, they'll probably just fall in a more realistic fashion than stumble and grab onto things to steady themselves, like in GTA IV.

Awww, not for PC... Well, I guess I'll just be sticking with Spore then.
Too bad, I was kind of looking forward to this game.

From the developer's video, they're suggesting that lightsabers alone aren't going to be enough to get through all of the problems. We'll see if that's the case once the game's released, but it's silly to just rely on one weapon all the time in a game if there's other options that can be just as effective.

Of course, but judging from the attacks I've seen they're more of the "quick kill" types. You've got lightning, picking up people and dropping them into bottomless pits, etc. But most people will probably just grab the biggest hunk of junk they can find and hurl it at their heads, so really most players will see slightly different ragdoll when they hit enemies than actual Euphoria.
That's why I prefer weapons that actually make people move from the hits, like guns and clubs, then things that either send them flying off into space or slicing them to pieces.

Wait, what? It's NOT coming out for PC anymore?

It hasn't been for quite some time. No great loss, I have to say. Also, what the hell is up with the backwards lightsaber holding thing? Did they originally code all of the animations expecting the character to be using an icepick, and then realize that it was supposed to be a lightsaber?

Considering it would have been another lousy port from the console version, I have to agree.

I'd like it on the PC simply because it's easier to mod the game on the PC than the console. Even if it appears to not have any multiplayer, tweaking it might be fun.
Who knows, maybe it could have taken advantage of PhysX cards?
Ah well. I have a 360, so I guess I'll take what I get.

I never knew it was suppose to come out for the PC. I would prefer the 360 version but, the Wii is the only console I'll be able to afford by the time it come out. I need to learn how to save money. Besides I don't even think my computer would be good enough to run it if it came out for the PC, not much of a loss.

At least this one doesn't plagiarize a forum member!
Vader's voice doesn't sound quite right. Not deep enough, perhaps.

Was there some past incident? If so, please elaborate.

IIRC one of our forum members made a sick ass 3D model of a star destroyer, and it then appeared in one of the trailers for some SW merchandise. He recently posted a new 3D project over in the AMP section.

Probably the best videogame trailer I've ever seen.

I wonder if they could use the force the same way the gravity gun was used in Half Life 2.
I could see a neat plot dynamic where the lightsaber is the best weapon, but the user gets tired after using it for a while, and has to use the force to fall back or defend themselves so they can recover physical strength.

I take it you haven't actually seen the videos for the game then.

Okay, you definitely haven't seen any of the videos.

Actually it's the force more than the lightsabre. And that's the way I like it. Name of the game and all.

So none of the OTHER trailers threw you off? Or the pages of concept art depicting Starkiller knifing star destroyers into the ground, or slicing AT-ATs in two with a lightsaber?
Or was it basically "Star wars game yay" and then you saw the trailer for the very first time? BEcause pretty much everyone knew this was going to be obscenely over the top.

The latter. I mean, I don't know precisely what I was expecting, but seeing the trailer and now knowing that the game is nothing but force-wank and LOLPHYSICS is quite a turnoff. Especially since this is supposed to have happened between ep. 3 and 4. like, okay, so...there's this guy running around crushing AT-ST's like beercans, and no one heard about it such that several years hence the best Luke Skywalker, the biggest force-sensitive dude in the SW galaxy could manage was yanking his lightsaber out of loosely packed snow? Le snore.

Obviously, there were no survivors.
EDIT: Found this on Wookiepedia. Veracity may be in doubt.
Vader is the only one who knows that the apprentice (you) exists. In order to keep it that way, he orders you to wipe out all witnesses. Everyone is the enemy.

Actually, the best shown in the movies was Vader tossing all that junk around at Luke, later Yoda and Palpatine playing frisbee with the senate platforms.

Never mind that a few years after Return of the Jedi, Luke WAS tossing around AT-AT's and deflecting Heavy Weapons fire with his lightsaber, without breaking a sweat.
(Thank you Dark Empire)
That being said, looks like we're going to have a 'choose your love' type story, what with two potiental love interests

I was referring to the time period after the events in RotS.
