I want to buy a nice home cinema kit for my TV, but how will it work with my PS3 if I want to watch Blu-Ray? And also will I be able to have surround on my computer games?
Forgive the ignorance but I know jack shit about these things.
Also, any hints on good brands/models would be welcome. I can spend up to £200/$400.

After a quick search I have found this. It looks like a good system but I am concerned that one review mentions that there is a lag with the sound [no other review mentions this]. I am also confused that someone calls this an 'output' machine instead of an 'input' and that this confused him/her.
Anyway, please take a look:
