Firefox crashing problem.

OK, so every time I try to open a PDF, MP3, MPEG, or file like that within the Firefox browser, it crashes on me. It was working fine for a while, but it just started doing this three days ago.
I'm using 3.0.1, and Quicktime/Adobe have all been updated. Halp.
