Wow, that was a lot of popular actors participating in this.

I approve of the way Lieutenant Eva looks this time around!
As if she were ever sub-par!

Comrade Currey, President Simmons,
Emperor Takei!
I'm on board with this plan.

Wait, George Takei is the Emperor of Japan?

Was that Peter Stormare as the soviet scientist as well?

I must admit, that was actually impressive but then so was C&C3 with its selection of actors. It didnt stop the game aspect from being really crappy so I will remain skeptical about getting it on just this trailer. It does look impressively shiny though so I imagine I will get it eventually just to see all the movie sequences.

I laughed out loud every time they showed an army bimbo. Did they got the uniforms from a bad porn movie?

No, just the actresses.
If the acting is an indication of how good the game is going to be, then it will be on my purchase list.

If I wasn't already on board with the Frank Klepacki/Hell March 3 announcement, I would be now.

I definitely approve of seeing J.K. Simmons as U.S. President.
Somewhat on-topic question: who's the Australian-looking/sounding actress who says "Glad to have you on board, sir"?

Tim Curry? Awesome.

Well, it looks interesting. But as someone who never played any of the other Command & Conquer games, it looks like there is a bunch of back story that would make it make sense. Time traveling Russians and a new Japanese Empire? How can that (American?) General not have noticed a fleet buildup of that size?

The same way Soviets launched a massive land invasion of the United States via Mexico in Red Alert 2.

Apparently, the Allies and the Soviets were so busy fighting each other that they overlooked it.
Yeah, I know that sounds farfetched, but this is a setting that also has teleporting time commandos, mind-controlled giant squid, APCs that fire soldiers out of cannons, and weather control machines.

Don't forget the parachuting armored bears!

The only problem I have with JK Simmons is that I start to think of either Dr. Skoda or Assistant Chief Pope, which despite the campy tone of RA3, is still rather distracting. Otherwise it's all good.

My my. This shall be interesting.
Time, is on our side..
BTW: Anyone else make it into the Beta?

I am in zee beta - username is AaronAsh.
I have really been enjoying it thus far - the new economy system means most games last 20-30 minutes (instead of the ridiculous speed of 5-10 for C&C3) and the much more fully featured navies and air forces means lame spamming of any one unit type to win is much more difficult and risky.
This trailer brought a big smile to my face - I must have re-watched 4-5 times now.

This looks like they've fucked around with the time line again.
The Russians weren't the one's who screwed with the time line in the first Red Alert.
