And here I thought they were making a version based on the Andrew Lloyd Webber Musical "Jesus Christ Superstar" . (Which would be awesome).

The guitar is like some unholy cross breed of the Rock Band strat and the Guitar Hero 3 Les Paul. It freaks me out.

Also, why does the box show some chick with a headset mic when the game has no vocal component?

And why is there no vocal component? It'd be genius for a game like this, forcing your kids to sing shitty hymnals!

There are subtitle lyrics, which it touts as enabling a vocalist to sing along while someone plays- or for one person to sing while they play, I guess.

I thought the Guitar Hero button design and layout and stuff was patented?

By who? I think Konami tried pulling that shit and got laughed out of court.

I wonder if the controller is going to be very good quality or not.
