Web Log Analysis Software

Howdy folks,
Currently my company is using WebTrends & Google Analytics for web traffic analysis. Google Analytics I love, but obviously the problem is getting it on every page in every site, and WebTrends costs so damn much for page views and our sites are very high traffic, so that 10 million gets burned through QUICK.
I've experimented with Deep Log Analyzer and while I like it a lot, the 2GB cap is untenable since that won't even cover the log for several of our months in 2008.
So if anyone could make any recommendations for that would let me analyze server logs I'd appreciate it greatly!
