I have a Sharp LC-32SB23U HDTV.
The display in the corner that says "Cable, channel, and audio" keeps popping up.
I think it has something to do with the audio because mono flashes from green to yellow,
and sometimes it flashes to stereo.
Anyone know how I stop this? It's very annoying.

What is connected to your TV, and how?

The cable box goes into the VCR, and that goes into the tv through a coaxial cable.
My X-box 360 is connected with the component cables
and the Wii and PS2 are connected by Av.
