Due to my searching habits, I am getting a continuous stream of stuff I do not want in my in box. While other people, get ads for breast enhancements or penis enlargers, I get blurbs from American Vision. I've gotten tired of deleting them like wack a mole- does any one have any advice on how to block them?

Get a proper email program. Also, get in the habit of keeping your personal email address limited to close friends and relatives, and create doubles for spam and registrations.
