A change in plans means I won't be building my new PC anytime soon, which also means I have a new, never opened, Intel i7 920 processor to sell. I'm asking $250 (paypal), free UPS ground shipping to the continental US (and possibly Canada depending on the existence/severity of red tape involved).

I am planning on getting/building a new pc sometime in the future, but still need to save up on cash for that, so it will be a while.

I do get a little fuzzy on Intel processor and Mobo combos at times, the proliferation of different models makes self-assembly of a new PC harder than it really needs to be.

You'd have much better luck posting this sales pitch on a website like E-Bay that actually specializes in selling stuff.

You're just wasting your time here, IMO.

That's not necessarily true, I bought an X2 4800+ from a guy here a couple years back. I don't see anything wrong with saying "hey I'll let you guys have a crack at it before I sell to total strangers".

Only problem is that this guy who would love a crack at a cheap i7 just happens to live on the wrong side of the Atlantic .

I've gotten rid of two proccess and a ATI Video card on the forums here. Nah if you want to make an offer here it's fine as long as it does not get out of hand.
