Having beaten the single player and the last stand was looking at some of the mods out there. Does anyone know of any good mods for the game?

Here ya go I'd suggest starting with Brothers of the 4th or Campaign Mod v1.5.5. Both tweak some balance issues, add more warm bodies to squads, and new widgets, work in co-op campaign mod, and are generally shiny and relatively bugless. Ain't really tried any of the other mods, but there's a shitload of them there, so have a ball.
