Matlab and hyper-threading
Does anybody know if hyper-threading has any meaningful impact on Matlab performance? More specifically, does anybody know if a Core i7 860 has appreciably better Matlab performance over a Core i5 750?

MATLAB actually has pretty decent optimizations for HyperThreading so you'll see a pretty decent performance boost with the Core i7 860.
