Did Witcher actually come out on console? Or was it cancelled? I forget.

Yeah it was totally cancelled when the devs sacked a bunch of guys. Apparently they plan to make W2 for both simultaneously, which would be boss.

This blows chunks, I just finished Bioshock 2 last night (yay for reducing my backlog by one!) and I need to choose the next game to play, and all I can think of is playing Witcher again. Not least because both times I finished it (with different choices) it was the regular edition, as opposed to the supposedly far superior Enhanced versions.

It sucks, but I can't force myself to play through the start again. I've done up to chapter 3 like four times, and I want to get to the new bits (but always lose savegames somehow).

Darn, 1,5 a year ago I was this close to working for those guys at RED as a QA team leader. Would've probably been sacked during the crisis. I didn't know the cancelled the Witcher for the consoles.
