Gaming 'community' IM products?

Are there any products that combine information from accounts on places like Steam, PSN, Openfeint, etc? At least XBL exposes this information so anyone can scrape it; it'd be pretty useful to be able to display this information in one place. Most people who still play games on PC use Steam, so just combining Steam with the major console information and some of the mobile ones would be great.
