Every time I start my laptop the install engine comes on and tries to install SPSS 15, if I cancel it tries again and again. If I let it run it errors out.

After a short period of time I look in task manager and there's dozens of IdriverT.exe appearing. I goggled it but not much about it other than it's tied into the install shield and certain programs such as flash use it. But tiered of it launches multiple copies and hogging system resources.

Have you had this problem long?

What is SPSS 15? Have you installed this before or is the attempted install of this what caused the problem?

What was the most recent program you installed before this error happened?

Is your OS well maintained or an old install?

Any more info on your laptop / OS, etc?

Doesn't matter to much any more, my new laptop arrived from alienware so I can re-image the old one. But SPSS 15 is a statitics graphical analysis program or some such crap, had to use it for my final project for my masters.
