Not wanting to necro an old topic was wondering about the state of the Star trek online as people used to complaijn about stuff in the last thread. Have the resolved the issues, is it worth to play?

I'm thinking of giving it a try. A trial playthrough doesn't cost anything and you get a couple hours worth to see if it's any good or worth spending some money on. I'm gonna wait for the next expansion to come out though.

Don't know the issues you are referring to but in my opinion the game itself is alright.

There are some things that feel strange tho.
For me its the way enemies in space still have a Aggro-range, dunno it just looks wrong... (a group of frigates just going lazy circles while you are killing their C.O.'s flagship)
But then again its a game ya?

The real problem is the support behind the game, maybe its different for other countries but I'm still waiting to get the "Account Suspended Error" resolved.

That error made my account (paid for at least another 70 days or so) drop to suspended status for no apparent reason...
Made a ticket, got a response to update said ticket with some more information and still waiting for a reply...
I asked around and my friends who also play tell me its quite normal to be left waiting for weeks... So support could be better, but then again it could be different outside of Europe.
