studying for microsoft exams

Well my new job requires that I pass a couple of microsoft exams on top of the other certs I already have. The other I obtained through Comptia and I know microsoft is a bit different so I have a couple of question for those that have taken microsoft exams before.
1. I know on microsoft they have simulations ontop of questions and was wondering how the simulations run and graded?
2. I also was wondering if anyone knew any good study sources for the 70-620 and 622 exams?
