I noticed that an RCA flat screen TV that I hardly ever use has an input so it can be used as a PC monitor; I had a flat panel PC monitor that I had to stop using because there was something wrong with the menu button; it would continuously bring up the picture menu, scroll through, and often times it would click on a new setting for the screen, so I'd have to sit there and watch as it changed the screen ratio or color. So I took the cable off of that and attached it to the TV and my PC to see how it would work. It did, but the screen I have is completely green tinged. The menu for the TV screen settings doesn't even come close to fixing it. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? Thanks.

It sounds like something is up with the RGB and the colors aren't balancing. I would test it with a different cable you know that works properly first. Any similar problems I have ever had have been issues with the cable that connects the TV to the PC. I'd also hook up the TV some other way to confirm that it is working properly as well.
