SMAC+X my Beoch up (Lets Play)

ok, I just got a new copy to replace my physically broken copy of SMAC+X, so starting with suggestions for the 6 factions that will be facing Lord Wong's University (X allows us to coustomize the factions to a degree)

So beginning we will create the 7 factions (Mike Wong, as SDN/University is pre-established), other positions will be available (each faction gets two advisors that can be named)

yes, but what will we call her, My idea is to further use faction edit, to make for example th Nautillus Pirates, the people's republic of fuck yeah.

I must caution you that my engineers have completed an advanced Rules Lawyer Rover prototype (2-1-2). The first units are entering production now, rendering my forces practically invincible.

OK, +X is incompatable with my machine, so no faction edit, unless I change the master files, However I can coustomize cities, units, and Make Zarakov Mike Wong.

so what type of map do we want, and what difficulty level?

yes the compatabbility issue is that I'm still using Vista...

What specifically is the issue? I managed to run both the normal game and the expansion just fine on Vista 64.

See if anything here helps. At least items 09 and 18-22 might be relevant.
