Leftie FPS gamers do you use WASD ?

I find the WASD keys cumbersome due to being too close to the mouse (especially annoying when playing on a 13-14 inch laptop). I need some space between my hands so I prefer using arrow keys for movement.
What about you ?

Despite being leftie, I use the mouse with my right. So, I've no problem with WASD. But, I can see how it could be an issue.
If I did use the mouse with the left, I'd probably rebind around IJKL.

I use the numpad for a lot of gaming purposes even outside of FPSes, so that's what I tend to rebind the keys to when I have the chance.

I'm a lefty and have no trouble with WASD since I too use the mouse with my right. But if I did use the mouse with my left then I'd probably remap the keys so I'd use the arrow keys instead.

Well, the main reason WASD is used in my mind is the number of additional keys neighboring it.
The arrow keys, while making sense from a visual standpoint, are fairly isolated on any keyboard I've seen.

IJKL. Using mouse with left hand. Back when I played MMOs I tried going to UHJK to give more keybinds but I kept getting screwed up since my hands would automatically to to index finger on J like when I type.

The fact that the row with the "W" key is shifted to the left relative to the row with the "A", "S", and "D" keys means that I have to contort my hand into an uncomfortable position to use them, so I always go with the arrow keys.
The left Ctrl, Shift, Enter, backslash, Delete, End, Page Down and numeric keypad "0" keys tend to be more than enough for any of the actions you need to access quickly in an FPS.

I personally prefer the YGHJ keys for direction, although I also use the mouse with my right. It allows even more access to keys than the WASD combination, since it's right smack in the middle of the keyboard.

It's just struck me that if I were a leftie I'd probably end up burning my hand up, since the exhaust on my laptop is on the left hand side.

On hot humid days the lefthanded exhaust does suck.
