Dubious new Wiki accounts

The Wiki shows five new user accounts created this week, but none of the new users have made any posts. I'm not sure if they're bots or hackers or just just readers, but they don't really strike me as legitimate.
Opinions on whether I should preemptively block them?

Don't take any risks and nuke them with prejudice.
