Expensive PaperWeight

OK, so over the summer, I got a new computer. HPE 510t. I can get you guys full system specs if you think it relevant.
In october, I got home, powered on the machine and got the 5 little beeps indicating processor failure. I re-seated the memory, reset the bios, and when that did not work, I called tech support, sent it in, and they sent it back unrepaired because apparently someone found a spider web in there and THAT must be the problem. Anyway, I got a new processor at my own expense, installed (correctly). And I still get those 5 little beeps (about 1.5 seconds in length, maybe 2 seconds apart. It is possible I misdiagnosed the problem, but we shall see).
The odds are not that high I have two defective processors. So what else could be causing this, and how in the ever-loving hell do I fix it?
