While I find your hyperventilating to be infuriating "the internet's days are numbered, lol", the video is pretty solid (and god I love TotalBiscuit's voice), but seriously, SOPA is just offensively stupid. It could very literally destroy the internet if passed, because the entirity of the internet which allows for anyone to upload anything to it could be targeted by it. And yet there are ways around it, so it won't even stop the dishonest people or the intelligent people, it will only stop the people who have no idea how to circumvent it, i.e. the average user!

It's hilarious. Hilarious and terrible. And if it is passed then I have to wonder how absolutely fucking stupid the legislators who pass it will have to be.

SphessMahreenNumbers, I will state this again: STOP HYPERVENTILATING. It contributes nothing, except to annoying other people. I agree that SOPA is stupid but given the recent ongoing stuff with it there's not much reason to panic as you've been for the past few days.

So, please, stop.

I've already seen this video, but it explains things in a very easy to understand way. TotalHalibut is also a boss, so that makes it even better.

I'm also going to have to echo the others, just breath man. With all the opposition SOPA and PIPA should be as good as political cyanide at this point.

Chicken Little, I brought SOPA and its ilk to the attention of this board last year. Right now, you are simply braying the same old tired song and dance over and over again. The more you repeat something, the more it'll get tuned out, thus having the opposite effect that was intended.

This might be hard for you to do, but control yourself. Realize that the sky isn't falling, because you are currently a chew toy of this board.
