jeez I hate going to Gamestop because they always try to sell you something. Also I find it rather disheartening that you can buy booze before video games in this state :v

Also I'm pretty sure my AC1 jewel case has been cracked like that with the scotch tape on it for like 10 years now :v

I still have the manuals for several Jane's Defense games ( ^ w^);

To be honest, the ACV manual is insultingly small but I do understand that there isn't much need for them anymore. English AC manuals never contained any good artwork anyways :v

I still don't get what scanning tells me sometimes. Does the full blue bar mean the weapon will work within X range? The red line I assume means damage drop off.

Some developers are going with a virtual manual model where the manual can be accessed from the game. A good idea, I just don't see it frequently enough.

You see this is why you need a paper manual with nice diagrams like "⑨: Baka"

There isn't even a good gamefaq up yet.

The scan graphs are weapon power along the bottom and damage on the side, And if you had all day you could work out how effective their weapons would be against you. I just use it to check target range and hitpoints.

It's a bit of a shame that after 70 missions the game starts to get hard and the enemies start to move around a bit. Ten hours in and the game starts working. :v

The Saturn no longer works but it lives on in spirit in the form of the SSF emulator so the games purchased were not in vain ( ; w;)7

Some guy on my team with a New York Yankees emblem gave me some parts I think. Or he kept saying he did and that I needed to put them on.

Then we did the mission with that train and it nearly ended me.

After that the guy kept asking if I put on the rifles...

I never talk to anyone on the team I just jump into missions with them and we do whatevs.

The train mission is one of the hardest missions in the game because it's long, their are sniper robits EVERYWHERE and for some reason the garage doesn't work so if you're out of ammo you're fucked.
