I'm having trouble researching this question I have about the above subject. Basically, the question is:
Can Intel's HD4000 graphics and/or the Z77 chipset for IvyBridge display 3D content? I'm looking at building a HTPC for my grandfather, and he's got a bigass 3d-TV in his room.

Ford Prefect: Maybe there can be a twist ending where Vlad shows up for the one on one duel, only to discover that Sun Tzu ignored it and burnt all his crops.

According to this page, the Ivy Bridge IGP does indeed support 3d. In fact the Sandy Bridge one did as well, albeit with a much more limited feature set.
