I need something to put my printer in the other room (roughly 2-3 meters away through a concrete wall). Preferably a wireless USB connection. Now, there's some talk on teh internetz about wireless USB adapters, are they worth anything?

Yes, I can use google, thank you. I was more curious of actual opinions of people using such solutions, not if such a thing exists. If I spent 40 bucks on something that can't penetrate a concrete wall, I would be pissed off.
Anyways, I discovered a convenient hole in the wall left over from a TV cable, so I'll just use a regular cable.

Wireless anything through concrete wall is hit and miss. It either works or it doesn't and you won't know until you actually try it. Depends on wall thickness, how much furniture along the walls in addition to that, signal power, interference from other devices and a host of other factors. The regular cable is by far your best bet.
