Anyone tried CoH2 - Ardennes Assault?

Playing with the thought of getting this. I've got the Western Armies pack and found it enjoyable and the risk-style campaign looks appealing but the rather hefty pricetag (more than I paid for the base game) makes me look for some feedback first.

Yeah seems expensive for a DLC, it's a wait for sales thing for me.

I've played a little of it. I like the concept so far, but it is absolutely not worth $40. I'd say get it if it was in the $20-$25 range. Relic/Sega seem to be a little confused about what they're offering here.

Yeah, I think I'll put it off 'til it gets cheaper. Also, only Americans are playable? Lame! I was already dreaming about serving McAuliffe some tough nuts at Bastogne...

It's frustrating this has no co-op features whatsoever. Every DoW2 iteration had co-op, and CoH2 came with a bunch of co-op missions.
No co-op +$40 price = I'm waiting until this goes on sale.

I beat the campaign. It's short - waaay too short for $40. It can be frustratingly difficult at times as well, since every time one of your units decides to be stupid you pay for it with crippling losses of company experience and strength. All too often I would look away for a second to push other units toward the umpteenth time-pressure objective, only to come back to find my perfectly fine unit has been wiped out, or I'll retreat a squad only to watch them run through the maximum possible amount of enemy fire and then die.
The campaign also punishes you for getting the handful of bonuses that pop up. They only remain available for a few moves, and once they're gone you generally don't get another shot at them. So if you want a special unit or upgrade, you have to rush a company toward a mission that will usually just result in other nearby territories becoming even tougher when you win, since you don't have time to move your other companies or the luxury of targeting a more strategic territory.
