I dunno...zapping Klingons might be fun :P

Nah...MMORPG aren't my gig, and Sony/LucasArts are trying a little too much on the milking. So far two expansions have been talked about...not liking the EQ redux feel of that(one of which is a lot of stuff they ripped out of what was to be in the original game)

Heresy! As a loyal member of the First Church of the EverQuest, I would never support such a blasphemous perversion of the MMORPG!

Instead, I will cream myself nightly dreaming about EQ2.

ST Galaxies? Do you mean SW Galaxies?

If it's SW Galaxies then yeah I'll buy it and play it and kiss my social life. My GF wants the game too..

KoTOR is, as far as I can tell, someone dropping a cat on their keyboard, because I have no idea what it means.

'New Jedi Knight' is referring to the 'academy' game, which I am sketchy on the details of, but sounds like it's leaning towards the 'arena lightsabre battles multiplayer orgy' kind of game. Which is sad, because abusing Stormtroopers is fun. Particularly laying in cheat codes and setting your Force Powers to level 9 or something, and then grabbing the final boss in a Force Choke and beating him mercilessly against the wall until he dies.
Note: I'm semi-retired from the board, so if you need something, please be patient.

If you're referring to SW Galaxies (haven't heard of a ST Galaxies), then I may end up getting that one. Unfortunately, my free time isn't what it once was, and as I get older, video games are of less and less interest to me, so I may not get it.

No, it's a real RPG, as it's both from Bioware and available on the PC.

Knights of the Old Republic is an RPG game slated for a setting 3,000 years before the events of A New Hope, during the sith wars, from what I heard.

Galaxies looks like it could be intriguing. Hopefully it won't get overrun with cheaters and the like, and the expansions are worthwhile. I'd have to hear some good reviews on it before I went out and bought it though.

*poke*

I don't mind them taking so long personally. For a number of reasons really.

First off, I don't really like having to mess with my PC to play a game. Now I know with the different shit out there, it can be tough to make things kocsher. However, Patches at launch and bugs until you smash the disc suck. Console has it's fair share of shit, but it's never that bad.
Second, I said at one time I would never pay to play. However this game is changing that, and if I'm paying more than the cost of the game itself, it better be damn near perfect.

No. It won't run on my comp anyway and I don't want to pay a monthly fee.
